Why Become a member
Proverbs 27:17
Is membership a requirement to be a Christian? NO! The Bible is clear on the fact that it is your faith in Christ alone that qualifies you to be a Christian, “…by grace you have been saved through faith, and that not of yourselves; it is the gift of God; not as a result of works, so that no one may boast,” (Eph. 2:8-9). Whether you are not a member of a church, or you are in between church homes and need a place to join with like believers, we invite you to join the covering of our church First Baptist Church Broad.
